At Tybalt Journey, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, or inserts included.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Products returned after the 7-day window.
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet, as per your preference.
  • You must provide accurate bank or mobile wallet details when requested.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it free of charge.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.
