- Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet, as per your preference.
- You must provide accurate bank or mobile wallet details when requested.

- If you received a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it free of charge.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.
